Returns and refunds

If an item is faulty, please send an email to me at [email protected], with photos, describing the issue.

If the item is faulty, I will send a replacement at my cost. You are welcome to keep the faulty item, or dispose of it.

Refunds will be issued if an order cannot be sent, due to an incorrect address provided, or due to stock not being available within three days.

You are also welcome to request a refund via email if your order has not been sent within three working days. You will not receive the item if you do this.
